a.) Proven experience in land use, spatial, and conservation planning with a combination of private and public sector exposure; b.) Experience managing optimal use studies, site feasibility assessments, and planning approvals, including experience dealing with technical data; c.) Well-developed research and analytical skills and ability to evaluate and synthesize complex information; d.) Ability to visually represent plausible land use/development concepts clearly, attractively, and succinctly; e.) Strong project management, budgetting and coordination skills; f.) Strong relationship building skills and ability to work effectively within diverse teams of specialists across multiple sectors, including ability to find positive solutions to issues with a diverse group of public and private sector stakeholders; g.) Advanced communication and analytical skills as well as proven ability to present complex information in clear, focused, and intelligible manner; h.) Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite and more graphic-focused platforms, including CorelDraw, GoogleEarthPro; i.) Strategic planning and leadership skills as applicable to sourcing, management and negotiation of wide range of land use planning processes and impact assessments; j.) Creative person able to manage multiple priorities and to work in complex environment of evolving organization, while maintaining client/stakeholder objectives.
