International and national income tax and social security law and relating human resources matters such as: - guidance of expatriates (inbound/outbound), including assistance with their personal income tax matters (tax returns) and other aspects; - setting up payroll for expatriates; - equity based compensation for international executives; - termination of international executives from an income tax and social security perspective; - advice regarding expatriate policies, compensation policies, etc; - communication with HR professionals, payroll administrators and executives. Advising international law on partners’ taxation with a focus on partnership structures, partners’ personal tax affairs and remuneration structures for partners and (seconded) associates. Training and coaching of junior staff.
