Responsibility for technics, cost and schedule. This covers the complete lifecycle of the development project from initiation (coordination and consolidation of interets and targets), planning of deliverables and workpackages with team setup and resource commitment over execution with regular reporting of project status and budget to finally handover to the internal customer - the tendering team or project execution departments.
Main field of activity of the business unit Control System integral upgrades with adaptations of hardware of the major plant components like Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and rest of plant. Leading the group covered capacity planning, ensuring the execution of the process engineering part according to project requirements, communication with and developing and leading the engineers. Additional focus on improvement of project execution (engineering sequence), development of new products and optimization of tools applied in the group.
