Over nearly three decades, I have developed a dual expertise in leadership and technology: International Crisis Management: Specialist in ICT (Information and Communication Technology) for international missions, ensuring vital communication lifelines in disaster zones. Operational Leadership: Extensive experience in managing large-scale emergency operations and strategic staff work (Command & Control). Education: Passing on mission-critical knowledge as a Lecturer at the THW Training Center.
