Over 15 years in e-commerce, tech-related and innovation projects shaped my love for the creation of digital products. I help visionary companies to build digital products that empower their customers and make a contribution to the digitalization of Europe. Besides that I occasionally publish articles about topics from the world of tech and product creation and improve my tech skills in own small side projects.
As a lecturer and consultant at the Digital Institut des Mittelstands, I help companies develop a practical and effective understanding of artificial intelligence. This takes place within the framework of structured on-the-job training measures. My focus is on teaching AI not as an abstract technology, but as a concrete tool for increasing process efficiency, result quality and competitiveness in small and medium-sized enterprises.
After joining the company as interim CPO, I was appointed Managing Director and co-founder for the further expansion of Metavolt Energy GmbH. My vision is to turn Metavolt into a technology-driven company that connects agriculture with existing and future energy solutions and supports its implementation with smart tools. The aim is to combine and drive forward the energy and agricultural transition.
As interim CPO of Metavolt, I am responsible for the new platform, which will support farmers in the preparation, planning and approval through to the construction of agricultural PV systems. The platform is currently being redesigned and developed as an MVP. We are focusing on iterative further development that is closely geared towards feedback from our users. We are relying on well-known no- and low-code tools and a lightweight backend. A public release is planned for the coming months. The aim of the Metavolt platform is to radically shorten the time between project idea and realization of Agri-PV projects and thus make an important contribution to the success of the energy and agricultural transition in Germany.
Als Mitbegründer von DBTR strebe ich danach, Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung zu einem kohärenten Konzept zu verschmelzen. Meine feste Überzeugung ist, dass der Erfolg von Unternehmen im heutigen Zeitalter nicht nur von der gelungenen Umsetzung der digitalen Transformation abhängt, sondern auch davon, wie sie die Prinzipien der Nachhaltigkeit dabei integrieren. In diesem Kontext sind umfassendere Digitalstrategien, innovativere digitale Produkte und durchdachte Betriebskonzepte entscheidend. Bei DBTR arbeiten wir daran, dass neben den ökonomischen Aspekten auch einen starker Fokus auf soziale Verantwortung und ökologische Effekte gelegt wird. Ziel ist es, Unternehmen zu gestalten, die nicht nur wirtschaftlich erfolgreich sind, sondern auch einen umfassend positiven Beitrag für Gesellschaft und Umwelt leisten.
As an independent entrepreneur, I am deepening my expertise as a consultant and project manager for innovation projects. Together with my clients, I lay the foundation for the testing of digital innovation projects by systematically deriving a suitable MVP or proof of concept from preliminary considerations, initiating the implementation and accompanying the further implementation. The thematic focus is on the development of multi-sided platforms (technologically and in terms of the business model), digital products with a focus on sustainability as well as data and AI-related products and their monetization model. As a purpose-driven person, I am particularly motivated by projects and companies where I can use my digital skills for sustainable development. For this reason, I am particularly interested in the areas of mobility, agriculture, energy and health technology.
