About

There is no universal playbook for transformation, but in every successful organization progress depends on having the right foundations in place. I am an enterprise CIO focused on accelerating modernization through structure, not heroics. In complex, mission‑critical environments, I help organizations increase speed and reliability by removing structural friction such as unclear decision rights, fragmented ownership, and transformation efforts that sit next to, rather than inside, day‑to‑day delivery. My approach is pragmatic and execution‑driven. I integrate modern practices directly into operating models, stabilize ERP as the system of record, and deliberately use data and AI to improve decision quality rather than automate accountability or create additional control layers. I do not believe scale is achieved by pushing teams harder. It is achieved by designing systems that make the right decisions faster, reduce dependency on individuals, and continue to function when pressure increases. I am most effective in CEO‑ and Board‑aligned environments where priorities are explicit, governance is clear, and empowered leadership teams replace escalation and heroics as the primary way organizations move forward. —— Core Focus My work centers on enterprise IT and technology strategy, with a strong emphasis on operating model design and decision governance. I focus on stabilizing ERP as a system of record while enabling change through surrounding layers that absorb volatility without increasing operational risk. A key part of my focus is using AI and data deliberately as decision accelerators. Not as standalone transformation programs and not as replacements for ownership, but as instruments to improve transparency, prioritization, and throughput at scale. Across roles, my objective is consistent: to enable speed, reliability, and predictability in large organizations by reducing structural friction and dependency on individuals.
