During my Physical Education-studies at the VUB, I combined studying with a professional volleybal career. Because of this I learned discipline, efficiency and perseverance. I started working for the Volleybal Federation after my studies, where I was a clubcoach. I had to meet with the board of different clubs, to see how they could professionalize, where they could do better. I had the lead over different projects from the beginning to the end, had to follow up different subsidy files and had to organize a variety of big events. I have experience as a supervisor during my work for Volley Vlaanderen and for the "Gemeente Grimbergen". I have finished recently another Master in "Bedrijfskunde", where I learnd different aspects of Marketing, HR, strategic management, supply chain, ... This way I try to build my skills as a supervisor, such as planning, organising, delegating, the financial part of it all, evaluating, ... I am into innovative projects, firms that want to take the next step. I'm motivated, a teamplayer and a fast learner. I like working with people. And... I am looking for a new challenge.
