In my years as a Chef in the hospitality industry, I have honed my skills in creating sustainable and delicious dishes, by incorporating environmental practices into my culinary creations. Perhaps I attended Westminster Kingsway and Exeter College in order to achieve a Professional Chef Diploma back in 2017 I aim to make a positive impact on to the industry. my experience has allowed me to understand the importance of selecting food suppliers strategically, as this will have an impact on service, on the quality of ingredients, costumer satisfaction and the business. In 2024 I achieved a Degree at the University of West London in Food Science and Culinary Arts which helped me have an clear understanding of the industry.
