- Primary point of contact for selected multinational clients portfolios (client care, platform uptake, continuous improvement, strategy building) - Coordinating regulatory and governance tech (AI/cyber/data) projects for diverse client profiles - Undertaking regulatory analysis for complex AI use cases : strategy, compliance, business alignement - Overseeing the quality, pertinence and regulatory accuracy production of educational material and published content on Responsible AI and Data Governance (Naaia Academy, Naaia Blog, Naaia Social Media)
- Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory frameworks on AI, data protection, and cybersecurity to ensure clients stay ahead of compliance obligations. - Translate complex legal and technical requirements into actionable internal policies and operational workflows aligned with business strategic objectives. - Advise clients on their compliance responsibilities under key regulations, enabling informed decision-making and effective governance. - Design and deliver internal AI literacy training programs in line with Article 4 of the EU AI Act, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Develop practical governance tools—such as compliance templates, risk trackers, and audit-ready checklists—to streamline clients’ AI lifecycle management. - Collaborate with technical teams to co-develop regulatorily sound and user-centric AI systems by conducting gap analyses, testing prototypes, and contributing to design planning.
- Crafted a flexible, comprehensive monitoring system for AI and data regulation covering a wide range of text types and sources. - Created a wide range of client tools like documentation templates and checklists directly based on the EU AI Act and Chinese AI regulations (IMMGAI, Deep Synthesis..) - Contirbuted to Naaia's activities to obtain the ISO 42001 certification: supporting the AI management team in documentation and policy drafting, participating in training on our obligations under the certification.
