Have been a troubleshooter involved with computer programming having issues in development and redevelopment as well as staffing, location, and related management issues since 1994, I resolve many of the issues by diligently analyzing the current state of the application/program and aligning the needs of the client with their resources. Previously to my entry into the Information Technology field, I was an Instrumentation & Process Control Technician beginning in 1982. This profession started my career as a troubleshooter. This lead to the development of the acquit ability to ascertain from the presented symptoms/issues the solutions to fix/resolve said. Specialties: A full-cycle Windows and SQL Server application developer in Visual Basic and T-SQL programming environments with extensive static WEB development experience.
