Have been a troubleshooter involved with computer programming having issues in development and redevelopment as well as staffing, location, and related management issues since 1994, I resolve many of the issues by diligently analyzing the current state of the application/program and aligning the needs of the client with their resources. Previously to my entry into the Information Technology field, I was an Instrumentation & Process Control Technician beginning in 1982. This profession started my career as a troubleshooter. This lead to the development of the acquit ability to ascertain from the presented symptoms/issues the solutions to fix/resolve said. Specialties: A full-cycle Windows and SQL Server application developer in Visual Basic and T-SQL programming environments with extensive static WEB development experience.

In Corporate IT Department, Compliance Applications Group, currently in Operations Applications Section using IBM Forms, CRXII, and SSRS in SQL Server databases. Previously in Maximo Project Section, Maximo is an extensive multi-tasking Enterprise Asset Management system application, developing BIRT & SSRS reports using Oracle databases and other task in implementation of this application. Started in the Advantica (Essentials) Project Section building reports in Crystal Reports XI using MS SQL Server databases.
