I sit at the intersection of customer success and AI strategy, where relationships meet systems, and where good ideas become scalable programs. As a Technical CSM and AI Enablement Lead at Chili Piper, I've spent the last few years doing two things at once: solving complex implementation challenges for customers (think JavaScript debugging, routing logic, and integration architecture) and building the internal AI infrastructure that makes our team better at doing it. That second part has become my obsession. I drove company-wide Claude adoption, launched an AI development stipend program for individual contributors, and run hands-on learning sessions covering tools like Zapier, n8n, and Lovable. When our team surveyed employees on their preferred AI tool, the results spoke for themselves, and I led the migration to make it official. What I've learned is that AI enablement isn't really about the tools. It's about helping people trust new ways of working. That means meeting people where they are, designing programs with real structure, and measuring what actually changes. I'm a twin mom, which means I've had plenty of practice with patience, parallel workstreams, and keeping two very different personalities engaged at the same time. Turns out, that's basically enterprise CS. Currently building deeper fluency in automation strategy, AI orchestration, and what it looks like to operationalize AI at scale -- not just for customers, but from the inside out.
