INVESTMENT PLANNING I was responsible for preparing analysis to take investment decisions including 2 new IKEA stores in Poland. I took care of such planning of new buildings and their parts to enable them to fulfil business requirements and expected flexibility in future range changes and range presentation. I was preparing thorough risk analysis. INVESTMENT EXECUTION I have managed 17 investment projects with budget (non-construction only) ranging from 5 to 56 mPLN, with rebuilt area from 4.000 to 27.000 m2 and lasting between 6 and 24 months. My tasks were setting project teams (5-35 people), taking executive decisions, conducting tenders. I was responsible for outcome quality, budget frames and timing.
I have prepared HR strategy for company Business Plan, have managed implementation of many HR procedures at IKEA in Poland such as rules for transferred employees, jobs valuation according to IPE standards, assessment centre recruitment and company value-based recruitment with respect for mobility and diversity. I have managed recruitment of store sales managers according to mobility and diversity criterias.
I have built the team of new IKEA store in Kraków, I have supervised creation and execution of training plan for whole staff and have prepared store for its opening from marketing perspective. In all locations I was responsible for IKEA image on the local market, have managed IKEA store in relation to assumed business goals and have managed and develop store teams.
