Responsible for the company’s anti-corruption controls and related policies, procedures and guidelines and leading their update to ensure continued compliance with the international legal framework (e.g., OECD anti-bribery convention, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Sapin II) in cooperation with Third Party Evaluation Director Lead yearly corruption risk evaluation process at Group Level and drive the process at region level in liaison with relevant knowledgeable stakeholders Lead the yearly ISO 37001 certification process in cooperation with the Chief Compliance Officer Represent the company towards third parties, including customers and business partners, investors, finance institutions, to promote the company’s anti-corruption controls and policies Support the Chief Compliance Officer in managing interface with judicial and other regulatory authorities’ procedures in the field of E&C Management of external compliance law counsels & compliance consultants
