•Managing marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. •Executing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. •Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. •Overseeing the company’s marketing budget. •Assisting with creation, publication and distribution of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. •Planning and implementing promotional campaigns including conferences and tradeshows. •Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. •Responsibly promote the brand, core values and policies. •Preparing online and print marketing advertising. •Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. •Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. •Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Principal duties and responsibilities: Transact orders received via email, telephone, direct access to customer systems utilizing the company's order management system. Ensure that supporting customer purchase orders are received and kept as a backup. Place and expedite orders with our sister manufacturing company in Switzerland. Manage shipping methods. Review and expedite backorders. Cross-functional team collaboration. Manage and control consigned inventory assets to meet customer and asset management objectives. Works closely with customers and offsite sales and staff to obtain and validate consigned inventory consumption forecasts.
Served as a customer advocate with multiple responsibilities which range from providing excellent customer service, working in operations, and managing multiple accounts/clients simultaneously. Manage move accounts for corporate relocation of domestic, international, GSA and military clients throughout the world.
