Discord, Telegram) Active assistance in setting up community governance/DAO: mission, vision, manifesto, setup About the project The Raiden Network is an L2 Ethereum scaling solution that provides developers with an infrastructure to build products that allow fast and cheap transactions. The were several challenges with this project: 1. It didn't find its product-market fit, and the community was resentful toward the team. The objectives focused on working with a negative company image, community backlash, and crisis management, soft-landing the project and strengthening it rather than building community and attracting new members. 2. The project was deeply technical and rooted in the core of Ethereum development, so it required me to deepen my understanding of the development challenges.
