About

I provide executive leadership across workforce reform, student behaviour and reintegration strategy within the NSW Department of Education, delivering complex programs that influence policy, governance and operational delivery across public education. My work spans workforce establishment redesign, embedded service reviews, behaviour support pathways and enterprise risk initiatives. I lead cross-divisional reform in high-risk environments, translating audit findings, risk assessments and strategic priorities into clear, defensible operating models. I have worked extensively in governance uplift, risk mitigation planning, compliance reviews and assurance processes, ensuring systems are financially sound, operationally practical and equitable for staff and students. With over 15 years’ experience, an MBA and a Master of Policing, Intelligence & Counter Terrorism and International Security, I bring analytical depth, sound judgement and steady leadership in politically sensitive environments. My published research on rehabilitation and reintegration informs my approach to behaviour strategy and complex student support systems. I am driven by building resilient, accountable education systems that strengthen workforce capability while protecting vulnerable young people.
