I have a deep desire to engage with individuals and couples in a way that cultivates value, identity, empowerment, and fun. This is accomplished through authentic interactions, relatability, and hard work. The best way to grow is to press into the struggle, ask questions, and keep at it. I am EMDR trained and IFS level 1 trained. I incorporate these practices and therapy styles with tangible applications to drive results. I use metaphors to draw patterns and experiences into pictures that can help the client understand the concepts and ideas discussed during sessions in a deeper and more robust way.
Currently accepting clients looking for mental health support in the Littleton area! I work with individuals, couples, and families focusing on ages adolescent (12) and older.

Recess champion and currently 4th place on the jungle gym (these kids are strong). I also instruct handcrafts for 2nd grade up to 6th grade. Sewing, cross-stitch, mosaic, knitting, and more. Glad all those trips to Michael's have paid off.
