Seeing the whole picture, finding the gaps and improving the engineering experience overall is what I do best. Most importantly- I am REALLY, REALLY good at creating relationships and building bridges between the silos of engineering. It really fires me up to improve quality in any area that I can find, turning resource waste into revenue generation. The reality is, when you get environments supporting code in a fast, secured, seamless, failure proof way and deploy code that is high quality – spending less time in triage or outages - you have more time for innovation and developing better, customer focused products - all driving an increase in business. Who doesn’t love that?
