I’m Danish national, holds a degree as Agriculture Economist. I have more than 20 years of experience in the agriculture industry. Before joining the feed industry, I have been working as Farm Manager on Swine farms in Denmark and Ukraine where I managed breeding, production farms with own feed mills. In 2016 I switch to the feed industry, where I have done Technical Sales Support, mainly for swine customer in Eastern Europe and Denmark. In 2020 I got the responsibility for sales of Biomin products in Denmark, since 2022 I'm responsible Account Manager for different feed companies in Denmark where I'm also continued to provide technical support within mycotoxin risk management in the Nordic. Through my education and experience, I have gained a strong professional knowledge in all areas of agriculture industry such as production, economy, management & trading. I would describe myself as a result-oriented person, who thrives on optimization and get most out of what I'm working with.

    AK Kalyta Ltd. is a Ukrainian company with Ukrainian and Russian owners. At AK Kalyta there was 5.000 sows in full line and a strategi to expand the production with 7.500 sows in full line. I had the full responsibility for the pig production and the staff with 4 Team leaders and 96 operators. I was hired to make a turn around in the pig production and management. Unfortunately, we got the diseases PEDV in our sow herd in january, and in the end of july we got African swine fever, and the farm is empty now. Appropriated experience - Turnaround in pig production. - Coaching and training the team leaders. - Management- and production plan in each department with the team leaders. - Management PEDV. Specific results - Get the PEDV under control by management. - Follow up and coaching of the team leaders. - Reproduction management plan for the team leaders, so we got an even production week by week with served sows and glits, and with a stability pregnancy rate of 92 %. This reorganization provided a stability flow in all departments.

    Dan Farm UA Ltd. is a Ukrainian company with Danish owners. At Dan Farm UA Ltd. there was 3.300 sows with sale of 30 kg piglets. I had the full responsibility for the pig production and the staff with 4 Team leaders and 31 operators. I was hired to implement an expansion plan from 1.500 to 3.300 sows. This involved optimizing the logistics by building the existing stables together, so it became one large unit. We also build a new office, a silo battery with a kapacity on 9.000 tons with dryer, and make a reconstruction on the feedmill factory. Appropriated experience - Responsible for implementing the expansion plan. - Improving the logistics. - Expand the staff. - Coaching and training the team leaders. - Management- and production plan in each department with the team leaders. - Coordination and monitoring of the construction process in conjunction with the construction group. Specific results - Feed strategy/management plan for the team leaders. - Expand the sow herd from 1500 to 3300 sows.

I had the full responsibility for the pig production and the staff with 12 operators/students. I was hired to improve the production results, and make reconstruction in the gestation department, so it follows the europanian rules for stable system for pregnant sows from the 1st of January 2013. Appropriated experience - Recruitment – Responsible for hiring/dismissal, salary negotiation, personal interviews. - Training operators and students. - Management- and production plan in each department with the team leaders. Specific results - Coordination and monitoring the reconstruction process in gestaion department, without stopping production. - Through management/leadership, increased efficiency in weanned piglets, with more than 5 weanned piglets per sows. - Feed strategy/management plan for the staff, so we reduced the feed consumption with 100 feed units per sow. - Training the staff in selection of finisher for sale, so we increase the profit.
