My experience as a programmer analyst and software developer contributed to successful enterprise application launch for government and private sector projects. Analysed the data, business requirements and created a data model that supported the application and reports in real time. Designed and Developed complex B2B transformations that creates EDI files, Extract Transform and Load (ETL) code for data warehouse, real time application back-end OLTP database and conversion projects. De-identified/masked production data (PHI/PII) for ETL and Application development and testing. Designed and developed a software in Linux using bash scripts that can de-identify/mask PHI/PII data in any type of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) X12 files. This software helped the client to test the application faster using de-identified files. Compared to traditional software like Informatica masking transformation, Informatica developer (B2B, HIPAA Libraries, Parser, Serializer, and Unstructured data transformation), this software reduces development time almost to 60% and saves licensing costs. Written DB2 store procedure that dynamically creates Insert statement SQL for each application table and creates test data in all application tables (maintains data integrity). This procedure takes existing application ID and count as input. This helped testing team for application performance testing. The ⧆ Business Registration System Conversion. ⧆ Created Linux based EDI masking software. ⧆ Created Python App for validating database scripts. • Designed overall ETL process for converting data from 27 years old legacy Eligibility Management System (EMS) – Mainframe, Connecticut Access Health (ahCT) – SQL Server and Child Care Management Information System (CCMIS) - Oracle to new DB2 database. • Installed IBM InfoSphere Optim Data Privacy in windows, Optim Connect Server in Linux and developed code to mask data from Mainframe 2098-R05 z/OS R1.13 generated flat files and SQL Server database (ahCT). • Developed ETL jobs to extract data from SQL Server database, flat files, EMS (Eligibility Management System) generated flat files and loaded into landing, staging and to Impact DB2 database. • Implemented validation rules, error handling at staging level and did not loaded the clients into Impact database based on error type. • Written Complex Store procedures in DB2 to implement a logic that loops and fail all clients related to a client that failed due to validation rule. • Written Windows Batch scripts and Linux Scripts to validate inbound files. • Designed SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) Architecture for reports. ⧆ Connecticut Business Registration System: • Gathered all conversion requirments to convert data from Legacy System to Salesforce. • Designed and Developed ETL Packages using SSIS and converted data from SQL Server to Salesforce. ⧆ 𝘝𝘈-𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘚𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 (𝘐𝘚𝘚): • Designed and developed a software that is based on Linux (bash script) to mask EDI X12 files. This saved the client hundreds of thousands of dollars on License, training and development. • This software also masks EDI file without any temporary XML file, which means when compared to traditional masking software's, this performs 40% faster.
• Created Transactional Data Model for Sanofi field representatives to check current trimester ATI (Account Target Initiative) Customer and related Contacts are Sklice (Medication) targeted or not. • This Data Model helped Sanofi filed representatives, sales and marketing department about Sanofi product performance at region/territory/district level compared to other manufactures. • Developed ETL Mappings to load data into ODS (Operational Data Store) and then to MSTR (MicroStrategy schema) for reporting. • Updated existing Oracle procedures by replacing bypass UJVC with cursors, as database will be updated to oracle 11g, where bypass UJVC will no longer supported. • Transformed PL/SQL into Informatica mapping and created Control M jobs (smart table/sub table) to schedule ETL workflows. • Tuned the existing SQL that shows detail level of orders by product level for reporting (before it took greater than 30 minutes, after tuning it took less than 2 minutes for FLU11, 12 and 13).
GIS Application Custom software development for AP municipal corporation, which gives the geospatial view of land use and helps government for Urban planning like sanctioning new HUDA approvals for real estate. •Analyzed the format of source files from different vendors. •Based on the source format, the ETL stage mapping was designed to load the data from flat files to staging database. •Core tables are loaded by using various transformation logics like Aggregator, Union, look-up on target tables. •Created Sequence Generator at Database level rather than ETL side to maintain the consistency. •Created before and after scripts to archive the files after successful completion of stage loading. •SCD Type 2 was implemented using ETL to maintain the history in core table.
