PharmD Intern – KMCT Medical College Hospital (KUHS) September 2025– September 2026| Kozhikode, Kerala Assisted in patient data collection and entry into Case Report Forms (CRFs/eCRFs). Monitored drug therapy outcomes and identified Adverse Events (AE) and Serious Adverse Events (SAE). Ensured compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Institutional Review Board (IRB) guidelines. Supported documentation, record‑keeping, and protocol adherence during clinical rotations. Research Project –QUALITY OF RECOVERY FROM NEUROMUSCULAR BLOCKADE WITH SUGAMMADEX AND NEOSTIGMINE: A PROSPECTIVE COMPARATIVE OBSERVATIONAL STUDY 2024 – 2025| KUHS Conducted patient data collection and analysis on recovery patterns following neuromuscular blockade. Performed systematic literature search and evidence synthesis to support study design. Coordinated with ethics committees to ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional guidelines.
