I am the engineering leader for key systems covering e2e supply chain, global finance & procurement, construction, global networks and the big bets. This includes systems that power the design, planning, sourcing, partner integration, logistics, inventory, asset management, DC maintenance, workflow & process modeling, capacity planning, software engineering management, spend management, physical security, facilities and engineering & operational excellence process areas. Each of these systems are managed by global/multi-geo single threaded teams, overseeing the process, engineering and operational aspects. The systems are characterized by high throughput, low latencies and high availability. I also led the data center and alphabet supply chain transformation to SAP S/4. I hire, develop and grow organizations to scale with business growth.
Leading provider of cloud-MES/MOM solution to manufacturers. As the CTO, I conceived and built the 42q business to target the global manufacturing execution systems and Internet of Things 4.0 opportunity with a very large multi billion dollar TAM. My scope included 42Q product engineering, technology leadership, product management, services, partnerships & sales support. I evangelized 42Q and manufacturing execution on the cloud with customers, analysts and industry community including Gartner, LNS Research, ARC Advisory, Frost and Sullivan & MESA International. I also led the development of key alliance partnerships with Google, Nokia, SAP, Splunk, Zebra and Netsuite
I was responsible for overseeing the Americas Information Technology function and the world wide supply chain & sales function at Sanmina. My team was responsible for building, buying & running systems that helped scale Sanmina globally enabling the company to continue delivering world class manufacturing to its customers with Oracle EBS as its core.
