*Driving hiring for sales functions to support fast-paced business growth and achieving hiring targets *Work closely with the senior stakeholders while driving a consultative and influential approach to understand business needs and deliver accordingly *Ensuring robust talent mapping across the market landscape for all niche requirements *Utilize Boolean search methodology, and other data mining techniques to identify both resumes and candidate profiles. *Proactively connect with top talent and build a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions and reduce time to hire
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: • End to end sourcing and securing of talent to fill roles assigned • Direct recruitment support, coordination, and processing via traditional and social media venues • Coordination and identification of recruitment resources when approved • Hiring process lead including insuring ad creation, interview team selection, interviewing skills, candidate and resume screen, phone pre-screen, reference checks, information validation, employment agreement draft Talent Acquisition Systems and Operations: • Active maintenance of relevant dashboards to track activity, real time reporting • Generate weekly metrics for mgmt. team • Create efficiencies in how roles and candidates are tracked in the region • Candidate and intern database Talent Pipelines: • Establish relationships with universities for internship programs • Attend or participate in campus recruitment • Attend campus days or have in-house recruitment open houses to attract and review potential interns

Talent Acquisition: * Sourcing from various recruitment channels like Job portals, LinkedIn, Recruit-em and Referencing. * Handling Candidate engagement from initial contact to onboarding. * Scheduling different level and mode of interviews * Act as the primary POC on the day of interview for both the candidate and the interviewers, handling all scheduling dynamics. Onboarding: * Onboarding employees in a defined timeline. * Pre-onboarding: Handling complete joining formalities of new joiners * Post-onboarding: File creation, assigning credentials, Induction HR Operations: * Conducting reference checks and clearing background verification discrepancies * Create the E Forms and Data Update Request forms for employees. The E Forms captures the selected candidate’s details for HRMS is created to make changes. * Assisting heads in managing employee engagement activities.
