Turning AI hype into human-centered impact. I’ve spent my career at the edge of what’s next by building, scaling, and transforming businesses with technology. From becoming one of IBM’s youngest Distinguished Engineers and a CIO Hall of Fame inductee, to leading global transformations as a Fortune 500 CIO/CTO, my journey has been about turning disruption into a competitive advantage. Most recently, I founded Foundry for AI by Rackspace (FAIR), scaling it to over 110 AI implementations worldwide. Today, I’ve pivoted that experience into a dual mission: as the Founder of Right Brain Labs and as a Distinguished AI Expert and Professor at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, where I lead AI Fluency efforts for the next generation of leaders. I thrive at the intersection of enterprise strategy and startup agility. Whether I’m advising boards as an NACD Certified Director, mentoring founders, or teaching in the classroom, I am focused on shaping a future where humans and AI collaborate as teammates. Always curious. Always building. Always looking for what’s next.
The true promise of AI is not to replace the human mind, but to amplify it. As Founder of Right Brain Labs, I’m on a mission to secure human cognitive potential. We build anti-stagnation infrastructure to help employees and advise leaders to ensure that in the age of AI, human wisdom remains the ultimate competitive advantage.
As the Executive Advisor of AI FluencyI Programs at The Ohio State University's Max M. Fisher College of Business, I work with Fisher faculty to create and deliver AI Fluency programs.
