I'm in the eLearning industry because it fulfils three of my passions, technology, writing, and learning. I am an experienced Learning & Development professional with the experience of having designed and developed hundreds of hours of learning, managed large eLearning development projects, implemented enterprise-wide learning systems, and built, nurtured and mentored large project teams. I am the co-founder of PedaSys and currently serve as project director. I love my start-up and working hard on expanding it into a powerful force in the industry. • Leading the design and development and managing the creation of catalogue for ISMM and ILM (Institute of Leadership Management) • The ISMM suite has been shortlisted for the eLearning Age awards in two categories • Creating e-learning catalogue for accreditation institutions such as ISMM, ILM • Managing overall execution of e-learning from specification to Go Live stage • Managing LMS implementation projects • Creating systems and processes for project implementation
• Creating e-learning courses for clients such as TfL, Unilever, Clifford Chance, Telereal Trillium • Developing rapid training products using Articulate and Captivate • Conducting initial analysis and creating instructional strategy documents • Working with the UK clients and SMEs on content, budget and deliverables • Co-ordinating with the off-shore development team based in India
• Managed a team of 25+ strong professionals • Executed e-learning courses by working closely with clients and managing a distributed development team whilst sharing resources across project teams • Created and maintained project plans, monitored timesheets and managed resources • Developed classroom and blended training solutions; brought in Instructor-Led Training capability to Sify and helped create ILT tools • Interacted with clients and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to source project inputs and collaborated with the development team to create Statement of Work (SOWs) documents • Managed multiple rounds of quality reviews for each milestones and ensured signoffs from various stakeholders • Liaised with SMEs, outsourced vendors, and clients for content sourcing, reviews, and managed conflicts • Interfaced with outsourced translators to execute translation courses for Spanish and Italian • Participated in the design strategy meetings and contributed to visualisation and graphic development activities • In coordination with HR, conducted campus recruitment in educational institutions • Conducted various staff training including induction programs
