Responsible for the profitable growth of Coated Abrasives BU. Effective from Jan 2009, was also given the additional responsibility of Super Abrasives BU, and Sales and Marketing Functions of the Abrasives business in India.
Responsible for Finance & Strategy. Partnering with the Regional Managing Director of the Construction sector to accelerate the profitable growth of the Construction Sector Business of Saint Gobain in Western Europe.
Worked in Internal Audit and Business Control functions for 12 months and later worked in Corporate Finance & Controlling at Saint-Gobain HQ. Was also part of the core team responsible for the integration of British Plaster Board into Saint Gobain after the acquisition.
Responsible for the Finance function of Grindwell Norton Abrasives Business. Handled expansion projects and also worked on reengineering of all the Abrasives business processes with PWC Consulting.
Responsible for Management Control of Grindwell Norton Abrasives Plant in India.
