I spent 14+ years building Userlike/Lime Connect from its early days to scale, including four years as CEO. I joined the company early, worked through the zero-to-one phase, led marketing for a decade, and later took on overall responsibility as CEO/Geschäftsführer. Along the way, we grew across markets, rebuilt our product twice, navigated an acquisition, raised standards across the organization, and led a major shift toward AI-first customer communication. What mattered most throughout was building strong teams, clear ways of working, and a culture that could sustain change. I’ve recently closed this chapter and am taking time to reflect, learn, and explore what’s next. I’m interested in roles and challenges where building, leading, and transforming organizations really matters.
