-Ensure that safety rules are respected by everyone (own personnel, subcontractors). -Improve equipment availability, meet targets in failure rate to provide high satisfaction to production services. -Contribute to the development plan (competencies, trainings) of the personnel. -Plan and prioritize mechanical maintenance works (internal and subcontractors) and ensure follow-up by means of dashboards and detailed action plans. - Definition and monitoring of the Opex / Capex budget -Improve equipments availability and optimize interventions (hands-on-tools) in order to reduce costs and downtimes, contribute to reliability and improve safety of equipments in collaboration with the Improvement & Reliability Departments -Implement the action plan to guarantee and improve product quality. -Promote the Continuous Improvement approach.
- Management of manufacturing team - management of 5 people day to day - Design, Integration and validation of manufacturing process : current and new generation of products (BOM, PFMEA, Working Instructions, PPAP, ERP…) - Management of quotation process (RFQ- Manufacturing Cost) - Management of statistical process control (SPC) - Management of maintenance for welding tools (Predictive, Preventive, Curative) - Feasability study, Application and Follow up of engineering change notice (ECN) - Continuous improvement of manufacturing process (Quality, Cost...) - Implementation of line audits and quality tools. - Technical support (Customer – Intra group)
