I’m a design leader with a multidisciplinary background across communication design, UX/UI, innovation, research, product design, and team leadership. Over time, I’ve worked across enterprise and product environments, combining strong craft foundations with systems thinking, stakeholder alignment, and hands-on execution. I’m most effective where design needs to connect user needs, business direction, and product complexity in a clear and practical way. In my current role, I’ve integrated AI into both my own work and team processes. I use it pragmatically across research synthesis, prototyping, copy refinement, and design system evolution. I’ve also contributed to AI-enabled product experiences, focusing on clarity, usability, and trust. I don’t see AI as a substitute for design craft or judgment. Used well, it improves speed, consistency, and exploration. Used badly, it creates noise. My approach is to integrate it where it adds real leverage, while keeping quality, critical thinking, and human oversight firmly in place. I’m interested in product and design leadership roles where I can combine hands-on credibility, team guidance, design quality, and a thoughtful approach to how AI is shaping both the design process and the products we build.

In Zodiak I worked as Senior Art Director for digital content and innovation. I crafted layouts for web, mobile and social medias. Everyday the digital content team worked on complex projects for big brands such as Barilla, Jack Daniel's and media companies like Sky TV, Radio 101, Deejay TV and many others. The challenge was always to give a creative shift to projects keeping an eye on brand identity and trying to match customer's needs.
