I am a proactive leader, with broad experience in development of scientific and engineering software. I value commitment and collaboration, and I believe good communication is the key to working efficiently as a team. I am a creative and empathic person with a passion for innovation, who always keeps focus on the goal at hand. I have experience from different engineering domains (nuclear, chemical, petroleum, software), which broadens my perception of potential problems and my understanding of the needs at hand.
I am responsible mainly for three things for Digital Sustainability: customer training, smooth deployment of our SaaS solutions, and customer success (which includes the first two in the broader sense). Working with the GTM, Product and Engineering teams in the digital sustainability platform so our customers can achieve "wild success".

Building the new digital sustainability platform, focused first on GHG accounting (MRV) and data integration. The vision is to help hard-to-abate industries manage and reduce their environmental impact (GHG, water, waste). This is one of the key projects that aligns with SLB's new vision as a company, and that will help D&I bring value beyond Oil & Gas. I helped define the product and strategy, as well as setting up the development team in pune of 45+ people. By December 2023 we were able to deliver functionality beyond what SLB had internally, and are on track to have our commercial release in Q1.
Project management and 3 direct reports. Focus on projects with clients, other Segments in SLB, and applications for public funding. Main achievement: sold, led and successfully delivered project to Statoil (~0.5 MUSD). Led the creation of the new Extensibility Framework for OLGA, getting both internal and external funding to produce two types of extensions as well as the OLGA SDK, and co-creating the architecture and design principles. Released with OLGA 2016.1.
Development of simulator engine of OLGA (multiphase flow simulator in FORTRAN and C++). Project lead for an increasing number of projects. Provided expert support world-wide. Initiated internship program in the group in collaboration with NTNU and HiOA.

Simulation of chemical reactors and two-phase flow using the Least-Squares Spectral Element Method. Programming in MATLAB and C++. Development of an Extended Population Balance Framework for the simiulation of two-phase flows. Student assistance in Reactor Technology and Advanced Reactor Modelling courses.
Assistance to students in the course "Radiological Protection".
