Head of Maintenance (E) Planning of maintenance (e), maintenance (m) and sub contractors ensuring the 24/7 production. Design and implement changes to the system infrastructure and updating the information systems by Autocad and E-Plan. A large industrial plant specialized in minerals for the oil/energy industry. Av. 20 tonnes to 30 tonnes production an hour is hard core to any machine 24/7/365 is hardcore to the bone. My E maintenance team perform maintenance on all electric parts of the plant. From PLC to power distribution, and all that is related including close interaction with the Mechanical Maintenance team. Provided technical & administrative assistance in collaboration with other maintenance departments and production to meet the company's targets. Involvement in day-to-day plant manufacturing activity to ensure designed and documented processes are delivering the desired results. Made improvements in E related manufacturing processes , including those related to products, equipment, human interface and product quality. Supervisor and guide of the E team to complete various task and jobs as per work - procedure/ work -instruction based on vendors documents and company's installation standard, QMS / EHSMS standards and government regulations.

Designer of the first true modular AV/IT distribution panel, implemented by the largest superyacht ship yards.
