At VIGILINT, I was responsible for managing our Corporate Medical Advisory Services (CMAS) clients. With a Public Health and Emergency Preparedness background, I worked with our corporate clients to develop emergency readiness and pandemic preparedness plans. While Corporate Duty of Care requirements are ever expanding, we worked alongside our partners and clients to make sure that each need is being met to ensure consistent continuity of business operations. Our team also supported security, travel, and human resource managers when responding to medical crises that may be affecting an individual or the corporation at large. In addition, I managed the day-to-day and strategic IT and Technology programs at the company. With a 24/7 Operations Center and physicians and team members working around the world, VIGILINT is always ready to support our clients and stakeholders. A major part of that capability requires zero-fail technologies that are flexible to support the ever-changing technology infrastructures provided around the globe.
