Dry lining apprentice- 2 years duration Qualified July 2020 – July 2022 Dry Liner – Stanmore As a dry liner my responsibilities was to install plasterboard (also called drywall or sheetrock) to create interior walls and ceilings. I also had to measure and cut boards to size, fix them to metal or wooden frames, tape and fill joints, and create a smooth surface ready for decorating. As well as, installing insulation and sometimes creating partitions or suspended ceilings. September 2022 – September 2023 Warehouse operative – Evri As a warehouse operative my role was to receive, check, and stores incoming goods. In addition to this, ensuring I picked and packed orders accurately, load and unloaded deliveries, and moved items using equipment like forklifts or pallet trucks. Another responsibility was to keep the warehouse clean and organised, update stock records, and follow safety rules. March 2024- current Warehouse operative (4 months) - promoted to Team Leader – Zeigler As a warehouse team leader I supervise staff, ensuring orders are picked and packed correctly, and i maintain safety standards. My responsibility is to schedule shifts, train new employees, track inventory, coordinate with other departments, handle paperwork, and solve daily problems. As well as, also monitoring productivity, quality, and equipment maintenance while supporting my team's development.
