Architected end-to-end development of an automated AI-driven sales calling solution with a Voice AI agent capable of handling complex, human-like conversations for sales and customer support. Automated over 150,000 calls for some of Canada's largest mortgage brokerages through paid pilots and strategic partnerships. Grew the company from concept to a recognized solution in the mortgage tech space, leading all aspects of product strategy, engineering, and business development while being an engineering student at UofT. Successfully led the company to a strategic acqui-hire by Perfecti.io to integrate our voice AI technology and engineering talent.
Engineered an end-to-end Machine Learning pipeline to classify and triage over 50,000 weekly support tickets in real-time. The NLP model identified high-potential tickets for automation, aiming to reduce manual effort, minimize human error, and accelerate resolution times. Implemented a real-time malpractice detection tool for remote interviews using computer vision models for real-time head pose estimation and eye-gaze tracking to maintain screening integrity.
