The last project worked was for a Canadian Financial services company, I worked on the product data leveraging the SAS platform and was able to provide actionable insights to the marketing team on various products and their performance. Also, developed a credit risk assessment model for one of the unsecured line of credit campaigns which involved various steps like data treatment, segmentation and prediction of the usage of the product.
1. In the initial phase as a data scientist, I got the opportunity to build an analytical road map to one of the leading consumer product goods clients from USA. During this time, I built a problem solving framework for the client which involved several steps like : Identifying the right problem at hand Inter connecting the identified problems Prioritizing the problems considering several teams at an org level The entire framework and delivered which enabled client to understand and prioritize the problems for the next five years. 2. Worked with a campaign analytics team of the leading network service provider from USA, created a mechanism to analyze the campaign performance This involved pre and post campaign analysis, identifying the right target audience, developing the correct set of key performance indicators of the campaign. Utilized the Teradata and Hadoop platforms provided for the analysis along with R for the model building. 3. Worked on building a clustering algorithm for the same client to help them understand the efficiency of one of their service products. 4. Did several exploratory data analysis to understand the functioning of their digital platforms which further helped them to optimize the platforms and reduce the operational costs. 5.Developed an interactive R shiny visualization to help the client track the quality of their chat platform. 6. Built several dashboards using tableau for the product managers, helping them to track the business and performance of the products.
Underwent through a rigorous and finest training of 2 months where I learned the key concepts of SQL,R,Microsoft Excel and Statistics. Worked on a campaign analytics project to help one of the leading telecommunications companies in Australia to measure the success of campaigns.
Make a Difference (MAD) mobilizes young leaders to ensure equitable outcomes for children living in shelter homes. As of today Make a Difference works with 5000 children living in 83 shelter homes in 23 cities across India. MAD's highly efficient delivery model annually mobilizes 400 Fellows and 3500 volunteers to deliver a range of interventions aimed at helping children overcome their challenges despite the circumstances they face. Through four core programmes, Make a Difference creates a support system and an emotional safe space for children in shelters by ensuring every child has at least 3 adults who care for them, understand them and who they can reach out to when they feel overwhelmed. Depending on the age and need of the child our programmes include literacy and study support, life skills, and career awareness activities that help them transition to better schools, help them identify their career path and fund it when required. We are currently working on expanding the range and quality of these interventions to address emotional health and build better after care systems to support their transition into stable adulthood. MAD also works closely with the shelters the kids are living in to ensure their basic needs are taken care of and interacts with teachers to understand the developmental needs of the children we support.
