I'm a Cloud Engineer with a background in Computer Science & Engineering and hands-on experience designing, operating, and optimizing enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure. My work sits at the intersection of Cloud Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), where I focus on reliability, automation, observability, and solving complex infrastructure challenges at scale. Currently, I work as a Cloud Engineer/Specialist at Hyland Software, supporting enterprise ECM platforms such as OnBase and Perceptive across AWS and VMware environments. I manage large-scale cloud infrastructure supporting 14K+ enterprise environments and 300+ cloud resources, ensuring platform stability, performance, and reliability. My responsibilities include infrastructure automation using Terraform, PowerShell, and Python, monitoring and telemetry, incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Disaster Recovery (DR), failover testing, system health monitoring, and continuous service improvement.
