As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent for the global leader in mobility solutions. I work with the hiring managers and the HR team to understand the business needs and the candidate requirements, and use various tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Naukri and other job boards to attract qualified candidates. I also managed the end-to-end recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to negotiating offers and closing hires. I have been working in this role for years, and have successfully filled multiple positions across different functions and regions. Prior to joining Quest Global Engineering, I was working as Executive-Talent Acquisition in Aptiv and as HR Associate Consultant (RPO) at BorgWarner, where I supported the recruitment and onboarding of the automotive supplier's employees and contractors. I have also taken the certification courses in LinkedIn and SocialTalent platform to empower my skills in recruitment and talent acquisition.
