I am a strategic business leader, board advisor, and human capital architect with over four decades of diversified leadership experience. As a postgraduate alumnus of the University of Oxford’s Said Business School, UK, University of Mumbai, and University of Calcutta, India, I have spent my career at the intersection of strategy, leadership, organizational culture, and transformation. With more than 25 years as a Group Head and CXO in Human Resources, I’ve advised boards and leadership teams on organizational strategy, leadership governance, cultural transformation, and enterprise change. As a certified Executive Coach and Mentor, I work closely with leaders, founders, and boards to realign strategy, strengthen leadership, and drive sustainable growth. I have led and supported transformation initiatives with global consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Gallup, Alvarez & Marsal, and the United Nations UNCTAD Empretec Program for India. I’ve also been invited as a speaker and/or subject matter expert at forums and universities like the University of Chicago, University of Alabama in Huntsville - NITIE, City University of New York (BMCC), Touro College, XLRI, TISS, and various Indian Institutes of Management. I’ve presented best practices at the Gallup International Manufacturing Roundtable in Chicago and spoken at the Consulate of the Netherlands, the Consulate of India in the UAE, and the Institute of Directors. My articles and/or interviews have been featured in The Economic Times, Business World, The Times of India, People Matters, The Outlook, SightsIn Plus, and Journal of the American Management Association. I’m honored to be a Life Member of Oxford Union Society and a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International — reflecting my commitment to thought leadership and global engagement.
