For 25+ years I’ve worked across cross-functional teams and delivered measurable improvements under tight constraints. Today, I combine that operating experience with digital execution. Operations leadership role focused on redesigning high-risk, high-throughput cash logistics and security operations. Owned multi-site programmes, process re-engineering, compliance controls and technology-enabled monitoring across nationwide infrastructure. • Managed programmes and public tenders totalling €20M+. • Designed and directed business process re-engineering across five business units, reducing operational risk and improving cost structure through process optimisation. • Delivered 18% cost reduction within 10 months through redesigned workflows, controls and utilisation improvements. • Built and operationalised six Cash Processing Centers in 14 months. Including building infrastructure and remote monitoring operations supporting daily cash intake from 1,000+ retail points and servicing 450 ATMs nationwide. • Authored policies and operating protocols for ~1,800 personnel and led procedural risk assessment and compliance alignment for critical processes. • Implemented fleet and security monitoring systems. 160 armoured vehicles tracked 24/7 in coordination with an Alarm Monitoring Center capable of remote ATM lock control. • Supported commercial growth with network development input and tender support. Contributed to major contract wins, including INDITEX, Ahold Delhaize (AB Vassilopoulos), Eurobank, Piraeus Bank and ELTA.
Co-founded and managed delivery of multi-million-euro built-environment projects spanning residential, industrial, logistics and commercial fit-outs. Acted as managing partner, signing off key technical, commercial and operational decisions.
