- Effectively completing ushering duties; opening house, scanning tickets, head count, assisting late patrons, end-of-shift sweep, etc. - Demonstrating effective problem-solving skills, and addressing and resolving issues promptly and quickly. - Upholding excellent customer service and hospitality to all guests and partnering staff.
- Assisting with scheduling: classes, privates, showings, activities, etc. - Coordinating with parents, students, and teachers. - Assisting with contract management and invoice processing. - Studio management: opening duties and closing duties. - Chaperoning/ supervising students on outings and everyday activities. - Assembling: class lists and info/emergency sheets.
- Creating & managing social engagement across the company's Instagram, Facebook, Website, Newsletter. - Assisting with administrative tasks: tracking class cards, customer membership, and workshop/series programming. - Corresponding with company members, teachers, and new students.
- Checking students into classes and completing reliable headcounts. - Assisting backstage at the yearly dance recital. - Organizing studio equipment and housekeeping necessities. - Proactively providing support to teachers, students, and parents during drop-off and pick-up. - Studio support: Answering questions, supervising students, and creating a welcoming and safe environment.
- Serving affluent clientele in various restaurant styles: cafe, bar/restaurant, and fine dining. - Complete opening and closing duties: set up, review reservations, specials, cashouts and reports, take down, and restock prep - Demonstrating a high standard of customer service and hospitality at all times. - Maintain and build strong guest relationships in the club, furthering the reputation and success of the restaurant.
