As Segment President of Water and Environment at Schneider Electric, I’m passionate about driving digital transformation within the sector to help utilities and industries thrive in a world of increasing environmental complexity. As the water industry navigates growing challenges, from climate change and water scarcity to aging infrastructure, it's clear that transformation is key. To meet energy efficiency and net-zero water goals, utilities must evolve. I believe technology and automation are key to enabling this shift. My mission is to help our customers build smarter, more resilient systems that deliver greater flexibility, efficiency, and sustainability. Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of growing my career within Schneider Electric, starting as an engineer then evolving to global leadership roles across Africa, China, the U.S., and Europe. What’s kept me inspired throughout my journey has been my focus to solve meaningful challenges through innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to sustainability. As a lifelong advocate for women in STEM, I’m proud to sponsor Schneider Electric’s Women in STEM initiatives in France, championing the next generation of female engineers and innovators. In January 2024, I was also honored to join Water Europe as a Board Member, continuing my commitment to advancing sustainable solutions and inclusive leadership in the water sector.

Pivotal role to partner with various Schneider Electric geographic operations to accelerate our key initiatives related to EcoStruxure, software, digitization, automation, electrification and services.
