• Assist in resolving many issues such as economic development, education, criminal justice reform used by the Wisconsin state government and Representative Lakeshia Myers • Provide support for arranging capitol events supporting the community by planning, organizing, and writing documents • Maintain on-site contact with other Representatives, Senators of Wisconsin State Capitol and private organizations
• Access to worker’s compensation database, maintain confidentiality of claimants, and worker’s compensation records management according to Wisconsin State Statutes • Responsible for verifying each invoice and generated complete and accurate invoices using billing software • Audited claimant’s compensation cases to prevent fraudulence or errors in the system archives
• Provided support to patrons by managing material checkouts and answering questions • Coordinated efficient services through resulting materials and other administrative tasks via phone and email
