As Charter Coordinator I work alongside aviation brokers, individuals and corporate groups to provide private and chartered aircrafts for national and international travel. As a full service concierge, I also assist in logistics such as ground transportation, catering offerings, hotels and any other details a client could need for their travel. This includes launching, marketing and dispatching Legends Air Center x Oz Trails heli-biking offerings. As the Event Coordinator, I help to market, book and carry out a variety of events in the various event spaces offered at Thaden Fieldhouse. I oversee the contracts associated with these events, communicate with clients and ensure incredible services and experiences.
Programming therapeutic recreation activities and overnight camps for individuals with disabilities in the Knoxville and surrounding communities. We incorporate the current Therapeutic Recreation students into these programs to give them hands on experiences.
