- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Solely managing the full recruitment lifecycle: job scoping, sourcing, interviewing, debriefing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for all roles across the company, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, GitHub and Greenhouse ATS. - Leadership Support and Development: creating and facilitating hiring manager training for team leads. - Set up and implemented new HR policies - Lead Employee Engagement Initiatives - Organized online and onsite events as well as weekly team meetings to strengthen company culture in a remote-first environment. - Onboarding & Offboarding: Designed and implemented structured onboarding plans for all new hires, ensuring seamless integration and positive first experiences; collaborated closely with leadership to tailor onboarding to team needs. - along with an employee handbook that both current employees and new starters can reference for guidance. - Employer Branding: Developed and produced engaging employer branding content, including video content using CapCut, for LinkedIn and other platforms, significantly increasing company presence and talent attraction. - Event Management: Coordinated all company-wide events, including international team offsites in Bilbao and Spain, handling logistics, travel, accommodation, and developing detailed timetables and activity schedules. Organized biweekly team meetups in Barcelona, sourcing venues, planning group activities, and fostering team cohesion for a distributed workforce. - Facilitation: Acted as a key culture ambassador, partnering with leadership to drive employee engagement, DEI initiatives, and continuous improvement of people processes. - Gathering and using data metrics to improve overall hiring: Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Candidate Experience Score, etc. - Built and led all performance management processes, including creating and rolling out performance review frameworks, conducting 30/60 day reviews, and supporting managers with feedback and development plans.
