Part of the Asahi portfolio. Cornish Orchards very own microbiologist. IBD Certificate in Cider Making Working in our micro lab, I also manage analytical testing of final pack cider and soft drink. I conduct maintenance testing, along side an established plant hygiene regime. In addition to this, I test pur on-site waste water treatment plant and ensure consistent environmental monitoring and output. I have a passion for sustainability and always look for ways to incorporate sustainable practices into my work spaces. Through My Green Lab support, not only have we achieved a Platinum accreditation in sustainable ways of working, but we have found maintainable ways to improve sustainability in our labs and reduce our environmental impact- leading me to present our progress and success on-site to our larger European breweries. In addition to this I have also successfully attended training in COSHH, SYPOL, HACCP, LEGIONELLA, ISO 9001 auditor, SIGMA SIX YELLOW BELT PROBLEM SOLVING, IBD CIDER MAKING, MY GREEN LAB AMBASSADOR.
