Sophia is a Sustainability and Future Ready leader with 16+ years of international experience across architecture, environmental strategy and complex project delivery throughout the Middle East, Singapore, Hong Kong and China. She specialises in sustainable development, future-ready strategy, green building certification and environmental performance across large-scale masterplans, buildings and infrastructure projects. Her experience includes sustainability integration, passive design, building performance and resilient, long-term asset planning. With a strong foundation in architecture, building physics and commercial delivery, she works across multidisciplinary teams to bridge design, sustainability and construction - helping developers, consultants and contractors embed sustainability from concept through to construction and operation.
