As Senior Talent Partner within the Career Services team, I support business impacted colleagues with their career transition journey within the bank. Through weekly one on one meetings, empathy, and delivering a variety of workshops such as, resume building, interview preparation, and networking, I help them build the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to compete and successfully land their next great opportunity at TD! *Additional Enterprise-wide Projects: 1) Ukrainian Hiring: Part of the team to kick off an unprecedented initiative supporting the recruitment of Ukrainian newcomers as part of the bank's partnership with the Government of Canada via the CUAET program. 2) Co-Facilitator of a monthly virtual workshop geared towards training hiring managers and those who support in the interview process to identify the right talent for the right role.
As the sole recruiter with Brookfield Office Properties, I was responsible for approximately 95% of the company’s Western Canadian region (Calgary and Vancouver) recruitment initiatives. Such role required me to maintain strong working relationships with, and act as a dependable recruitment adviser to, managers and VPs throughout the full recruitment cycle.
