Userlytics provides an online user testing platform with a large international pnel and many additional servises, such as a UX Consulting team, which I was a part of. My work consisted of assisting clients create, execute and analyse user tests. My tasks: - Script and moderator guide creation - Conducting user interviews - Reviewing and preparing collected data for presentation Depending on the individual projects I used different methodologies, such as Usability Testing, Tree Testing, Card Sorting or quantitative analysis.
LMIS AG is an IT company focusing on industry-related research and innovative development. While writing my Bachelor thesis as part of an internship I planned, conducted and evaluated varying usability tests for a B2B-application. I focused on the comparison of traditional and remote usability tests, trying to improve the application's usability evaluation in times of a global pandemic.
Clinic & Job Dress is a company producing and selling workwear for multiple professions. Their commercial channels are mainly their webshop and direct customer touch. I verified functionality of the interaction/communication between frontend webpage and backend systems which consisted of a catalogue (PIM) and database software. I documented and followed up with found errors and inconsistencies using a ticket system. Purpose of my work was to make sure that product and order information were displayed and submitted correctly.
Tronomed is a government approved institution for education in first aid and paramedics. I trained people to obtain the necessary knowledge to become certified in first aid, for example in preparation for their drivers license.
