20+ years Senior Leadership role in the Banking IT and Telecommunications industry. Currently heads one of the three Citi Strategic Command Centers in Singapore. Responsible for the overall APAC Command Center Operations providing end-to-end service monitoring, Level 1 support, incident management, batch management services and enterprise automation. Leading a team of over 300 staff located across multiple APAC countries and supporting all major lines of Businesses globally.
Heads one of the three Citi Strategic Command Centers in Singapore. Lead the APAC operations in executing globalisation initiatives including processes, tools and organisational framework standardisation, proactive business-centric operations and follow-the-sun implementation amongst the command centers to function as one virtual command center globally.
Responsible for the APAC Command Center Operations, Batch scheduling operations, Customer Service Helpdesk, Report online viewing and archival. Also headed the International Command Center Operations supporting APAC, EMEA and NAM in the areas of platform monitoring and operations for the Mainframe, Unix, Wintel and Stratus. Setup alternate command center in Hong Kong. Started Center of Excellence operations in Manila.
