Worked on the project which was co-sponsored by the Department of Geography, College of Science, National Taiwan University, and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C., responsibilities included liaise with different stakeholders, documentation and record keepings, project management, coordinating various activities and meetings, administrative supports.
Worked at the Department of Parasitology and Department of Physiology, College of Medicine, National Taiwan University, responsibilities included cell culture, western blotting, DNA cloning, Immunofluorescence assay and etc in Giardia lamblia and Drosophila, and also laboratory management.
Participated in the Industry-University Cooperative Research Project in Food Science Department lab, for ensuring compliance to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) system: (1) Assisted an international tourist hotel to develop a solid HACCP plan, conducted documentation and records management, food safety inspections, internal audit and hygiene education training. (2) Participated in environment inspection, sampling inspections, conducted food safety and hygiene education training in different stores and centralized kitchen of a food and beverage company. (3) Participated in food hygiene and safety education training programs for beverage, ice product and chilled noodle sellers.
Supported technical services: Food Microbiological Testing, Compositional Analysis of Foods.
Assisted in the Food Products Technology Laboratory courses for undergraduates, and the Food Technician Education Program Laboratory.
Assisted the company with Food Safety Inspections, Food Microbiological Testing, and Analysis.
